S’mores Cakes
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
½ oil
1 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips
Topping:
1/4 cup mini marshmallows (cut in ½)
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 Hershey Bar
Ganache icing:
8 ozs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Prepare chocolate cake according to cake directions. Fold in sour cream & chocolate chips. Prepare mini bundt cake pans by lightly greasing with shortening and lightly flouring pans. Bake cake for 19-22 minutes. Top cakes with ganache, graham cracker crumble, mini marshmallows & Hershey bar square.
Prepare Ganache:
Place chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat whipping cream in a sauce pan to just under boiling. Pour hot cream over chocolate chips and stir until smooth and shiny.
