  • 1 box White cake mix (pudding in the mix)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 whole lemon
  • powdered sugar

Lemon Glaze

  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees. 
  • In a mixing bowl mix cake mix, 3 eggs, ½ cup oil, 1 cup of water and sour cream. Mix with electric mixer.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Prepare your pan by coating with shortening and lightly coat with flour.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Prepare glaze by zesting lemon then take 1 cup of powdered sugar and add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of milk.
  • Mix in zest and pour over cake.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
